On March 6, 2018, the ABA ruled on lawyers who blog or engage in other public commentary (Formal Opinion 480). In about March 1998, blogging became an effective tool for some attorneys to share their thoughts and even build a clientele.
During this workshop, we will be reviewing the professional responsibility of blogging and other online content marketing strategies. Specifically, we will discuss:
- What is blogging
- What you can say online (on your blog and other online media)
- What is forbidden (according to the ABA, and some people ethics, morals, etc.)
This workshop is hosted at the end of your day. We will provide appetizers and refreshments. Relax after your day, earn some MCLE credits (pending), and enjoy a fun training.
